- Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In the original packaging with tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation.
- Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange at no extra charge.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks, caps, or accessories that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased on final sale (discounted or clearance).
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
- Please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’ll be happy to assist, provided the item meets our return conditions.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support via Instagram, TikTok, or email at support@dutchangle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the return shipping or in-person drop-off (if available).
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
- Consumer Rights
This policy works in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018), which grants you the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase and within 30 days if defective.
