  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and shipped.
  1. Delivery Times
  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

  1. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be announced on our official platforms.
  1. Delivery Attempts
  • Our courier will attempt delivery twice.
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.
  1. International Shipping
  • Currently, Dutch Angle only delivers within Egypt.
  • International shipping will be available in the future.
  1. Tracking Orders
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this number to follow your shipment’s progress.
