1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays, and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Delivery Times

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Delta , Canal , Assiut and North Coast: 3–5 business days

• Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to the following areas:
  El Wadi El Gedid, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Matrouh, and all Upper Egypt regions except Assiut.
  We’re working on expanding our delivery network soon — stay tuned for updates!

     Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be announced on our official platforms.

4. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier will attempt delivery three times.
• If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.
• If you choose to refuse or not accept your delivery upon arrival, you will be charged only for the delivery fees associated with the shipment.
  The product cost will not be charged, but the shipping fees (including return shipping, if applicable) must be covered by the customer.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, Dutch Angle only delivers within Egypt.
• International shipping will be available in the future.
